Positive Pay

Positive Pay offers AX users the security of knowing the bank is honoring only those checks they’ve created and authorized to be paid. This out-of-the-box solution comes complete with the bank formats needed to allow users to work with their reseller to install and implement the software quickly and start protecting their checks right away!

What is Positive Pay?

Positive Pay, also known as Safe pay, is the preferred method to reduce your exposure to unauthorized paper checks. A Positive Pay file listing all the checks that you have printed and distributed is transmitted to your bank. The bank adds that list to their master list, which they use to verify any check that is presented for payment.

Includes Payroll
Positive Pay will process checks produced by the Microsoft Dynamics AX Accounts Payable system, as well as those produced by AX Payroll.
