GRAND RAPIDS -- A Baldwin woman who passed worthless checks at area banks and stores had $1.5 million in counterfeit securities in her home, U.S. Attorney Margaret Chiara said Friday. Terri Dae Wanamaker, 41, pleaded guilty to uttering and possession of counterfeited securities. Her daughter, Amber Ann Baker, 23, awaits trial on the same charge. The securities appeared to be corporate checks and U.S. Postal Service money orders. (http://www.mlive.com/news)
